How to Drop-off Residential Donations

You are welcome to drop off your donation directly at our warehouse during regular business hours. For larger items, please come to the warehouse door located in the alley directly behind our building, which is located in downtown Bloomington at 515 North Center Street. We are open Monday through Thursday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to noon to receive donations. Please call ahead and let us know you are coming, 309-829-6500, and ring the doorbell to let us know when you have arrived.

How to Arrange a Furniture Donation Pick-up

If you live in McLean County and cannot drop off your contributions, you can arrange for us to pick them up by calling 309-829-6500. Please allow at least two weeks’ notice. Furniture pick-ups are performed by volunteers on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 am to noon, and on Tuesday from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.  All items need to be on ground level (first floor) due to insurance liability issues.  If you live in Bloomington or Normal, we do ask if you would be willing to make a voluntary donation to assist with the expenses related to the operation of the trucks, as it is not free for us to provide this service. The donation can be of any amount, but $29 helps cover those expenses using a volunteer driver and helper. If you live in McLean County outside those cities, there is a mandatory fee of $40 to pick up your items. We appreciate and are thankful for your furniture and financial donations.
